The Monroe County Volunteer Fire Police Assn. is comprised of 300 members from 33 of the county's 45 fire departments. Here is a view of the county map and the fire department locations.

To promote awareness and duties of the fire police

To promote safety among the fire police squads

To act as a laision between the fire department and the public, as well as a laision between the fire police squads, fire, and governmental agencies

 Course Announcement: The next Fire Police course has been scheduled! To register call the Monroe County Fire Bureau at 753-3711. We still don't have a registration form, so it is best to have your training officer call and make arrangements. For information click here!
