The MCVFPA Board of Directors meet quarterly at the Monroe County Public Safety Building located at 1190 Scottsville Rd in the STEP conference room. These meetings start at 7PM and occur on the following dates:

• October 7th
• February 3rd
• May 5th
• August 4th
• October 6th

The quarterly general membership meetngs are dinner meetings and occur at one of our member's fire departments. We try to have a speaker at these meetings. They are as follows with dinner starting at 6:30PM:

• September 2nd at Mumford and our speaker will be Emergency Enclosures
• November 4th at Spencerport
• March 3rd - TBA
• June 2nd - TBA
• September 1st - TBA
